Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport Expansion
Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport
Project overview
TK Vandy LLC is proud to announce our involvement in the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport expansion. This project involves the addition of a new baggage handling area, and we are responsible for installing the roofing systems that will protect and enhance this critical facility.
Scope of Work
For this project, our scope of work includes installing a high-performance TPO roofing system along with a standing seam metal roofing system. These systems were selected for their durability, energy efficiency, and ability to withstand the demands of an airport environment.
The TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) roofing system is designed to provide superior protection against UV radiation, heat, and water intrusion. Its reflective properties help reduce energy costs by keeping the building cooler, making it an ideal choice for large commercial buildings like airports.
In addition to the TPO system, we are installing a standing seam metal roofing system, which adds an extra layer of durability and weather resistance. Known for its sleek appearance and long-lasting performance, this metal roofing system will provide a robust defense against wind, rain, and other environmental factors, ensuring the expansion is protected for years to come.
Why This Project Is Significant
The expansion of the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is a key development for the region, enhancing the airport’s ability to serve travelers and manage increased traffic. By contributing to this project, TK Vandy LLC is helping to ensure the facility is equipped with top-tier roofing solutions that align with the airport’s standards for safety and performance.
We are excited to be part of this expansion and look forward to completing a roofing system that reflects our commitment to quality and excellence.
